Shipping policy

The Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered in mainland France or in the following zone (s): International.
Deliveries are made within 7 to 10 days to the address indicated by the Customer after confirming their order on the site. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
For clothing customization, the delivery time can be 3 to 4 weeks.
Delivery consists of the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product. Except in special cases or unavailability of one or more Products, the Products ordered will be delivered in one go.
The Seller undertakes to make its best efforts to deliver the products ordered by the Customer within the deadlines specified above. However, these deadlines are communicated for information only.
If the Products ordered have not been delivered within 14 days after the indicative delivery date, for any reason other than force majeure or the Customer's act, the sale may be canceled at the Customer's written request within conditions provided for in articles L 216-2, L 216-3 and L241-4 of the Consumer Code. The sums paid by the Customer will then be returned to him at the latest within fourteen days after follow the date of termination of the contract, to the exclusion of any compensation or withholding.
Deliveries are made by an independent carrier, to the address mentioned by the Customer when ordering and which the carrier can easily access.


It is the Customer's responsibility to select the Products they wish to order on the site, according to the following terms:
The customer chooses a product that he puts in his basket, a Product that he can delete or modify before confirming his order and accepting these general conditions of sale. He will then enter his contact details or connect to his space and choose the delivery method.
After validation of the information, the order will be considered final and will require payment from the Customer according to the terms provided.
Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, while stocks last.
The sale will only be considered valid after full payment of the price. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the order and immediately report any errors.
Any order placed on the site constitutes the formation of a contract concluded at a distance between the Customer and the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
The Customer will be able to follow the progress of his order on the site.

Clothing customization order

The buyer, who wishes to buy a product or a service, must:
- Complete the form in the "PERSONALIZATION OF CLOTHING" section on which it will indicate all the requested contact details;
- Wait for the proposal and estimate for the personalization of the clothes;
- Validate his order after having checked it;
- Make the payment under the conditions provided;
The confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, the recognition of having full knowledge of them and the waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions.
The seller will send an email confirmation of the order recorded.
The buyer authorizes Helain to use his personal data (surname, first name, delivery address, telephone number, email address) and to provide his delivery details to our transport partners in order to proceed with the delivery of the order.


Payment terms for clothing customization

Throughout the creation process, we will be in constant communication to make the delivery on the date indicated.
For the creation process, it is necessary to pay 50% in advance and 50% before delivery.

Exchange and refund policy

We work with vintage and upcycling items, all paintings are handmade and made to order so we do not make returns.
In some cases, a credit may be considered.

By means of this document, we make it clear that the designs we will send officially belong to the artist Ruth Morelos, registered at the artist's house in Paris, France, a company that protects copyright, so that the delivered product cannot be used to reproduce or market without the prior authorization of the artist.

All elements of the website are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of HELAIN. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether they are software, visual or sound.
